Hanshi's customization R&D is strictly carried out according to the design scheme. The R&D consists of hardware customization and software development.
Hardware customization：Mainly to solve the coordination and unification of equipment terminal and intelligent business (service) hall decoration style, as well as the integrity of the installation area. On the basis of not changing the function and performance of the product, it can improve the maximum fit between the product and the use environment.
software development：In the process of intelligent business (business) hall operation, all standard software systems on the market can not meet the specific needs of customers 100% because of the different nature, process and service objects of the hall. This requires customization of software functions according to the actual requirements of customers. Software customization mainly refers to customization of functions on the basis of existing systems, on the premise of independent research and development of core software. Hanshi has 11 copyright patents for self-developed software, which provide effective security and benefit protection for customers in customizing their functions.
Hanshi has many years of experience in weak current engineering construction, and has the second-level qualification of intelligent building engineering design and construction, as well as the construction experience of similar systems of less than 5 million scale. Whether the construction specialty of the information basic system of the intelligent business hall (such as service guidance system, multimedia information publishing and interaction system, service quality collection and analysis system, etc.) directly affects the stability of the system operation environment, the security of the system platform and the quality of the information basic system of the whole hall.
Hanshi has three kinds of after-sales service teams: weak electricity project, electronic information and communication.
